Rebels

And they rose up before Moses, with certain of the children of Israel, two hundred and fifty princes of the assembly, famous in the congregation, men of renown:  And they gathered themselves together against Moses and against Aaron, and said unto them, Ye take too much upon you, seeing all the congregation are holy, every one of them, and the Lord is among them: wherefore then lift ye up yourselves above the congregation of the Lord?
Numbers 16:2-3

Korah, Dathan, Abiram and 250 leaders rebelled against Moses. They rejected the leadership of Moses saying that God did not send him but Moses lifted up himself above the congregation.

Leaders will always be criticized no matter how humble but Korah and his likes should know that God will not fail to deal decisively with rebels.

The ground swallowed up Korah and two of his gang leaders while the 250 were set on fire.
