Discipline

Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.
Hebrews 12:11 KJV

Parents discipline their children so that the children can learn good values. God disciplines us so that we can produce fruits of righteousness.

Discipline is not always pleasant when we have to go through it. You have to discipline yourself to always do the right things at the right time. Some have to overcome procrastination. They just over-analyze to the point of inaction. Some are quick to act at impulse.

In business, you need to be disciplined in order to produce results. You cannot afford to sleep when you should be busy. You snooze you lose.

If there has been lots of complaints about your productivity in the workplace, take time to address the issues. You cannot always hide behind past achievements.

In all if you do not want to be corrected, the outcome is never pleasant at all but if we accept corrections our lives become better.
