Love your enemies

But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.

Loving our enemies might seem hard because of the complex nature of men. It's only natural to avoid the enemies but that also is not completely possible. The secret to a happy and peaceful life is to love those who hate us for no reason. They will be confused when we do not behave as they have expected or calculated.

Loving our enemies is also only possible when we love God because God is love. God also demonstrated his love for us while we were still sinners. This way God was able to reconcile us to himself through his son Jesus. God shows love to all men. We should also show love to all men and our reward will be great.
