Integrity

And he left all that he had in Joseph's hand; and he knew not ought he had, save the bread which he did eat. And Joseph was a goodly person, and well favoured.  And it came to pass after these things, that his master's wife cast her eyes upon Joseph; and she said, Lie with me.  But he refused, and said unto his master's wife, Behold, my master wotteth not what is with me in the house, and he hath committed all that he hath to my hand;
Genesis 39:6-8

Do not get greedy to take all from your master when he has favoured you by entrusting all things to you.

You have to constantly pass the integrity test even when you have authority then you can have the moral authority to demand same from others.

What was the motive of the woman's action? Whatever it was Joseph was not going to jeopardise his master's  trust in him and he was not ready to lose his position.

Joseph feared God and also did not betray his master's trust. Joseph did not start practising this principle that very day. He lived by God's standards and also had to pass moral tests to succeed in his job.

Be like Joseph, keep God's standards and he will favour you.
