Qualified

And Moses said unto the Lord , O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant: but I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue.
Exodus 4:10

Moses was no longer a prince but had become a shepherd when God gave him the mission of leading his people out of Egypt.

Here Moses was majoring in his weakness when God had decided to send him to face Pharaoh. Moses was afraid the people may not listen to again so asked for signs which God gave him.

When God calls you, don't focus on your weaknesses and limitations. God knows you have them but He will strengthen you in order to fulfil the mission. God promised to teach him what to say.

In your place of work, don't be afraid to take on tasks in areas you are not familiar with. This is a time for you to learn. The skills you learn may become more valuable in your career.
