Psalms 22:1
Most of this psalm applies to Christ and his suffering and the glory that will be revealed. David prophesied through this psalm.
To be forsaken is to be abandoned. Being forsaken by men is difficult, it is even more difficult to be forsaken by God. What do you do when God seems far away from the words of your roaring?
Jesus cried in a loud voice when he was forsaken on the Cross. He had to pass through this for our forgiveness.
Jesus has promised never to leave us or forsake us. We should trust him to keep his promise.
You will not be forsaken by God.
