Who is He to you?

He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?  And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
Matthew 16:15-16

People had different opinions about Jesus. Jesus did not reveal his identity directly to his disciples. So he asked them and they most likely had different answers except Peter.
Peter's answer was a direct revelation from God and not from flesh and blood. It is important to have revelation from God otherwise knowledge of God will be based on only what others tell you.

Jesus is the Christ, our Messiah and Son of the living God. He reveals himself to us through the written word but mostly through personal encounters. He told the Samaritan woman at the well who he was.

Don't form your opinions based on only what people tell you. Reach out to Jesus and He will reveal Himself to you.
