Confront evil

A naughty person, a wicked man, walketh with a froward mouth.  He winketh with his eyes, he speaketh with his feet, he teacheth with his fingers;  Frowardness is in his heart, he deviseth mischief continually; he soweth discord.
Proverbs 6:12-14

There are people who intentionally plot evil. They play a lot of political mind twisting games with the aim of causing disagreement among people. They call it divide and conquer or divide and rule.
The body language says it all. With the mouth, eyes, feet, fingers and heart they constantly devise mischief and sow discord (disagreement)

These kinds of people are very insecure and they think they can get ahead with their trickery and wickedness. They have no regard for others or God even though they may appear somewhat religious. They are usually powerful and seemingly well connected. They can plot against your promotion, salary or any thing within their power.

How can you deal with these villains? You must be filled with the Holy Spirit and constantly trust God in prayer. Then you will have the boldness to confront their mischief and overcome. Do not attack them physically because your battle is not against flesh and blood but against their principalities.

You must be ahead of them by having the right spiritual weapons to attack and foil their plans against you. This is a warfare, crying will not solve the issues. This battle will build up your faith and you will become stronger and of course your victory is sure because God fights for us.

The battle belongs to God. It is not by power or by might but by my Spirit says the Lord.
