The Spirit of truth

Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
John 16:13 KJV

Do not be held hostage by strange doctrines but test every spirit. The Spirit of truth will guide you into all truth. The Spirit of falsehood will throw you into confusion.

Now how do you know the truth? Truth is universal and constant -works all the time. Truth upholds justice. God is not the author of confusion and his purpose for our lives is clear. Jesus says, I am the Truth. Jesus is the truth that sets you free.He is the same yesterday, today and forever.

The Spirit of truth says only what he hears from the Father and shows us things to come. If you don't have the Holy Spirit, ask God.
