Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and
supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall
keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever
things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure,
whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be
any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and
heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.
Philippians 4:6-9
When you are feeling down from time to time for whatever
reason, you need to get out of those thoughts that keep you in that mood. Don’t
get lost or entrapped in negative thoughts. Start speaking with God and talk to
others as well. This is not the time to be an introvert. Hang out with good friends
Most importantly, change your thoughts. Think about the
possibilities and not the limitations. Think about what is true and not what is
assumed to be true, think about good memories you have and learn to give God
praise. Listen to good music that uplifts the spirit. Let the peace of God reign
in your heart and mind.
