When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee? She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I #condemn thee: go, and sin no more.

There is therefore now no more condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus because the law of the spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set us free from the law of sin and death. A lot of people are living in guilt and condemnation because of how others treat them when they sin. Sin is not encouraged by Jesus but he set her free from being condemned. Why did Jesus do this? If you make people feel guilty for sin how do you restore them? The most important lesson for them is to sin no more. We cannot do this on our own and that's why we need a relationship with Jesus who had no sin. If Jesus had condemned her then who will set her free from guilt?
Some people love to bully others as if they themselves are perfect. They still want to bring up the past lives of others even when there has been remarkable transformation in the person's life. There's no single perfect person on the planet today. Instead of making others feel so condemned, why not help them #restore their relationship with Jesus who does not condemn? This is not a licence to love sin. You cannot live in sin and expect grace to abound. If you are repentant then you will make changes in your value system. You don't continue doing the same thing and then expect a different outcome. You have to make lifestyle changes that will build your relationship with Jesus and others in a way that will not bring shame and guilt to you. He whom the Son sets free is #free indeed.
