Beloved brother

For perhaps he therefore departed for a season, that thou shouldest receive him for ever;

Not now as a servant, but above a servant, a brother beloved, specially to me, but how much more unto thee, both in the flesh, and in the Lord?
Philemon 1:15‭-‬16 KJV

Onesimus was loved and disciples by Paul who later sent him back to Philemon. This letter was Paul's plea for Philemon to accept Onesimus back because he Onesimus was a different man. He should not see him as a servant but as a beloved brother.

We should show love and care instead of seeing only the bad in others. Everyone deserves the best in life. Though Onesimus might have offended his boss, it was time for him to go and face his boss.  His departure from Philemon was an opportunity for Onesimus to meet Paul who could help him.
